How Do You Credit My Beam Account with $100 Credit?
The $100 worth of free Beam ride credits will be credited to your Beam account at $25 a month over four months. The first $25 will be credited to your account within 72 hours of you purchasing a scooter, and then the three remaining credits of $25 each will be added to your account automatically on the 1st of each month that follows. When you are completing your details as part of the checkout process, please use the same email address that you have already registered with Beam. That ensures we can easily find your Beam account in our system to credit it. The $100 credit is not transferable to any other Beam account and cannot be exchanged for a cash equivalent.
If for any reason you require a refund of your purchase within the terms of our refund policy (see below), the credits will be removed from your account accordingly.
How does shipping work?
Beam will cover shipping costs to any address in a metro area within Australia, but if a delivery address is outside a metro area then Beam will contact the buyer to organise shipping arrangements that may involve additional charges.
All Beam products are shipped via express courier unless otherwise stated and shipped from our warehouse located in Sydney, Australia. Customers will be sent a tracking link upon fulfilment of their orders. All products will be shipped the same day if ordered before 1pm. While we do our very best to do the above for every order, there may be situations where this may not be possible. These can include:
1. The time the order is made (eg. public holidays, weekends, courier cut off times)
2. Delays out of our control (delays from shipping, customs, couriers, missing orders, lost orders)
3. Other circumstances out of our control.
Sadly we cannot take responsibility for the actions of couriers as we have little control once the order is picked up. This includes if couriers leave packages in an unsafe area or don't deliver to the correct address. While such occurrences are extremely rare, If this occurs, we will do our best to help rectify the situation.

What if I want a refund on my purchase?
If you are not entirely 100% satisfied with your purchase, or the product is not working as expected we're here to help. We offer all our customers 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received the product.
To be eligible for a refund:
1. The product must be in new condition as you have received it.
2. The product must be packaged in the original packaging.All parts must also be in the box as well as the product itself along with all such supplied tools, booklet, charger, and internal packaging.
3. The product must be deemed in a saleable condition by us.
4. Proof of Payment/ Invoice or order number must be presented.
5. You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. You should keep the appropriate proof of shipping, as we do not accept responsibility for any returned item which goes missing in transit. We, unfortunately, cannot refund a missing item.
Once we have received the returned product, we will inspect it, this includes all original boxing, packaging and associated tools, charger, and manual. If the item is found to have scuffs, scratches, damage, or missing parts in any way, this will be factored into any refund amount made and may result in a non-acceptance decision by the manufacturer to refund the item.If your return is approved, you may be charged a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price, this amount will be deducted from the total refund amount, the refund will be issued to your nominated bank account or card used to make the purchase.
The timeframe for the refund to appear in your account will be dependent on bank processing times. If we determine that you are not eligible for a refund, you are liable for the shipping cost of the item to be returned to your nominated address.
How does the warranty work?

For Australian consumers: The rights described in this warranty are in addition to the statutory rights to which you may be entitled under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and other applicable Australian consumer protection laws and regulations. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Repair of the goods may result in loss of data. Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS,AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE (OR BY COUNTRY OR PROVINCE). OTHER THAN AS PERMITTED BY LAW, BEAM DOES NOT EXCLUDE, LIMIT OR SUSPEND OTHER RIGHTS YOU MAY HAVE, INCLUDING THOSE THAT MAY ARISE FROM THE NONCONFORMITY OF A SALES CONTRACT. FOR A FULL UNDERSTANDING OF YOUR RIGHTS YOU SHOULD CONSULT THE LAWS OF YOUR COUNTRY, PROVINCE OR STATE.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL, WRITTEN, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BEAM DISCLAIMS ALL STATUTORY AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTIES AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IN SO FAR AS SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED, BEAM LIMITS THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF SUCH WARRANTIES TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY AND, AT BEAM'S OPTION, THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT SERVICES DESCRIBED BELOW. SOME STATES (COUNTRIES AND PROVINCES) DONOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY (OR CONDITION) MAY LAST, SO THE LIMITATION DESCRIBED ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
