Only people aged 16 or over are permitted to rent hire scooters from us.
In most jurisdictions, such as Western Australia, e-rideable users must be 16 years of age.

All rentals come with a battery charger and safety briefing before leaving the store.

We place no limitations on where you can and can't take your scooter.

Please note that local rules and restrictions may apply so it is best to check before heading out !

Yes, e-scooters are governed by e-rideables legislation in every state and territory.

Be sure to check your relevant state’s transport website for the latest legislation.

Unfortunately, Beam Solo scooters are not foldable.

No, you don’t require a smartphone to use Beam Solo.

Your subscription will be cancelled or altered in store after return of your vehicle and its charger as well as the payment of any outstanding charges.

So that the team in-store know when to expect you, please book a return time slot here.

Be sure to select the correct store when returning your vehicle.

We are not able to offer delivery (yet), but if you are unable to pick up please contact us and we can advise on a few options.

Yes, simply adjust the quantity in your cart. A maximum of two vehicles is permitted per person.

A $100 deposit is payable per vehicle hire.

Our vehicles are roughly 1.2m x 1.2m with a handle bar width of roughly 47cm.

Usually our vehicles will fit on the back seat of a car without the seats needing to be folded down but we can't guarantee this as every car is different !

If your seats do fold down, then you are in luck, there is a very good chance it will fit with no issues.

Please note that our vehicles do weigh around 25kg so you may need some help loading and unloading them into your vehicle.

It is important to note that when renting our Beam Solo vehicles, you agree to take full responsibility and liability for the care of the vehicle and charger provided.

You are responsible for any theft of the scooter or charger while it is in your care. If the scooter is stolen you must file a police report and let us know that the theft has occurred as soon as possible.

Let the team know where you picked up the vehicle from and a time/date that you can come in-store to pick up a replacement.

Our local team on the ground will have your replacement vehicle reading and waiting for you !

It is important to note that when renting our Beam Solo vehicles, you agree to take full responsibility and liability for the care of the vehicle and charger provided.

You are responsible for vandalism or damage to the scooter or third party damages caused by the scooter while it is in your care.

In the case of damage, fair wear and tear to the scooter is excepted.

If the scooter is badly damaged and unsafe to ride you must let us know right away and contact us to organise a return.
